Job Summary
A privately-held AI-driven information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Marketing Cloud Automation Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being the in-house expert
- Executing on the Marketing Automation calendar, reflecting the requirements and SLAs of the Marketing Campaign/Experience owners
- Setting KPIs for the database email channel and work relentlessly to achieve and exceed those targets
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ years experience developing lifecycle/ABM/nurture programs
- 5+ years managing an automation instance
- Marketo Expert or similar certification is required
- Experience in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management across multiple channels
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM readiness
- Knowledge of industry best practices for marketing automation and the ability/desire to learn new tools and technologies quickly
