A beauty and cosmetics company is in need of a Remote Marketing Communications and Customer Retention Director in San Diego.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Actively contribute and lead efforts in crafting consumer experience journeys
• Oversee all communications, internal and external, for consistent messaging
• Provide organizational directive and guidance for the marketing and digital communication teams

Qualifications for this position include:

• Experience in handling corporate branding and customer retention programs
• 10+ years of extensive experience in consumer goods or cosmetic & beauty industry
• Proven proficiency in multi-stakeholder engagement across projects
• Experience in efficiently handling multiple external agencies simultaneously
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications or comparable field
