Job Summary

A global marketing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Marketing Customer Care Team Member.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle client's customer service and technical support product related inquiries
  • Clearly document the caller’s inquiry
  • Ask probing questions and use critical thinking

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience troubleshooting iOS, Android, Kindle, Gaming consoles, and/or Windows Phone devices
  • Some experience with an environment that includes interaction with customers
  • Familiar with everyday computer tasks, internet navigation and basic research
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Personal Windows 10 Operating System
  • Intermediate to advanced experience resolving computer application issues
