Job Summary
A global marketing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Marketing Customer Care Team Member.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle client's customer service and technical support product related inquiries
- Clearly document the caller’s inquiry
- Ask probing questions and use critical thinking
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience troubleshooting iOS, Android, Kindle, Gaming consoles, and/or Windows Phone devices
- Some experience with an environment that includes interaction with customers
- Familiar with everyday computer tasks, internet navigation and basic research
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal Windows 10 Operating System
- Intermediate to advanced experience resolving computer application issues
