- Design and lead a customer experience strategy and program
- Map and develop holistic customer journeys

Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasional drives to site locations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic training
- 7 years experience in creating and implementing customer experience strategies and programs
- 5+ years of management responsibility
- Advanced leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically about and advise on customer experience
