A provider of Intent data for B2B sales and marketing needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Marketing Customer Success Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to deliver gross and net retention forecasts
  • Provide thought leadership and become a trusted advisor for your Customer Success Managers
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn for Growth customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Strong management skills with experience delivering on a quota
  • Experience managing a distributed, remote team
  • Strong process management, MarTech knowledge and technical skills
  • Strong level of urgency, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Collaborate but also able to drive decisions and work independently
