Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, smart, and hyper-organized Marketing Manager with exceptional people skills to lead manage a team of high-performing individuals in the following areas:
digital marketing
email marketing
customer intelligence
media buying and conversion tracking across all types of media (email, Instagram and Facebook Ads, Adwords, other ad networks)
wholesale communications, processes, and relationships
tradeshow logistics
photo shoots and imagery organization and management
copywriting
design
social media marketing
influencer partnerships
public relations
The right candidate is someone who can help define and implement the strategic vision for the marketing department and support the team so they are working in sync with the right processes, vision, and resources toward the common goal, and then track and monitor the results of their initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with the product development team to plan the marketing production calendar for new product launches. This position will also work closely with the Co-founders to ensure consistency of brand voice and aesthetics.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated marketing success in a hyper-growth startup, excellent and clear communication, follow through, detail orientation, people management and production management skills.
We work fast, and this role requires someone who can understand and integrate the company vision and goals and juggle multiple projects and priorities coming from various angles. This role also requires someone who is a team player, who is excited to be in an entrepreneurial virtual working environment and who's energized (rather than intimidated) by an evolving startup culture, and is eager to pitch in wherever there is a need.
