Job Summary
A financial software provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Marketing Operations Director.
Must be able to:
- Build and lead a premier, performance-based marketing operations team
- Ensure that marketing measurement drives performance review of key functions and campaigns
- Build and maintain a marketing technology stack that meets the needs of the business
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High proficiency in marketing automation systems
- 10+ years experience in marketing / operations / analytics / bizops or other quantitative roles
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent in related field
- 5+ year s of supervisory experience
- Works well with Sales Ops and Marketers to define and implement projects and campaigns
- Experience managing Marketing Ops process es including lead management, database management, segmentation, and field mapping
