Job Summary
A physician group and practice management company has an open position for a Remote Marketing Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Focusing on supporting project management efforts in the development and execution of all project plans encompassing resources
- Supporting company as needed in meetings & on projects through demonstrated expertise in departmental marketing software
- Supporting Content team, Email team, Digital, and Creative Services production teams to keep projects on-schedule
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year College or University in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Equivalent practical experience will be seriously considered
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience preferred in project planning software, i.e., MS Project, Percolate, Workfront, Kapost, BaseCamp, etc
- 1+ year’s demonstrated experience with project coordination in a professional environment
