Job Summary
A creative design agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Proofreader.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Detecting formatting and compositional errors in documents
- Checking corrected proofs of documents against mark-up for comparison and quality assurance
- Handling sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in English/Journalism or equivalent work experience
- Minimum (1) year proofreading experience preferably in a pharmaceutical marketing agency or large corporate environment
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of a timekeeping or job tracking system
