Job Summary
An online marketplace has a current position open for a Remote Marketing PXT Senior HR Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing the talent strategy needed to support our tremendous growth
- Working closely with specialist central HR teams, as well as matrixed site and international HR colleagues
- Functioning as a consultant and counselor to key leaders and their respective organizations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in an HR generalist or consulting role, preferably in a high tech environment
- Experience working with global teams, and driving organizational change initiatives
- Previous employee relations and talent assessment experience
