Core Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing candidates on job boards, through referrals, and social media
- Managing the full cycle of recruiting candidates from sourcing through close
- Becoming a trusted strategic partner to our Marketing leaders
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years sourcing and closing Marketing professionals
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring managers
- Experience working on a small team in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
- Experience leveraging an ATS (we use Lever) to track and manage candidates
