A marketing consultancy needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Marketing Sales Development Representative Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Organizing and conducting biweekly trainings
• Creating best practices and process/disciplines around cold calling
• Actively using Hubspot CRM to lead the sales process

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of BDR/SDR experience in the B2B/SaaS industry
• Consistent track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor
• 1-2 years of management experience
• Experience managing a geographically dispersed BDR team
• High volume/high activity sales experience
• Analytics skills using HubSpot CRM, Apollo, Excel, and equivalent tools
