Job Summary
A marketing and advertising company has a current position open for a Remote Marketing Sales Enablement Revenue Enablement Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and driving the ongoing curriculum and standards for training existing Sales Team members
- Developing and driving the onboarding curriculum and standards for training all new Sales Development Reps
- Defining and helping to operationalize the core processes and systems of our Go to Market service delivery strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years in Marketing or Sales, Customer Success/Service for Sales/Marketing and/or Drift Customer
- Experience in Sales role or have worked with Sales team and understand Enterprise Sales process
- Able to create a learning journey that is mapped to the Sales stages
- Experience in B2B Marketing and Sales technology, process, metrics
- Understanding and experience in using Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, in your enablement programs
- Experience in Program Management
