Job Summary

A marketing solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Marketing Solutions Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Consistently meet project timelines and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
  • Successfully execute client engagements and act as client point-of-contact
  • Assist with the renewal process for annual renewal of accounts

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must be prepared to work occasional non-standard hours and occasional travel
  • At least 4 years of work experience in account management, Customer Service or Customer Success
  • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
  • A solid understanding of live and on-demand streaming media technologies
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
