Job Summary
A marketing solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Marketing Solutions Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Consistently meet project timelines and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
- Successfully execute client engagements and act as client point-of-contact
- Assist with the renewal process for annual renewal of accounts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be prepared to work occasional non-standard hours and occasional travel
- At least 4 years of work experience in account management, Customer Service or Customer Success
- A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- A solid understanding of live and on-demand streaming media technologies
- Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
