Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Marketing Strategy Director Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Serve as a sales channel liaison, representing the needs of assigned distribution channel(s)
• Establish go-to-market strategies for assigned channels inclusive of defining target audiences
• Ensure consistent messaging is utilized throughout the organization by partnering with sales and internal training

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline is required
• 7+ years’ experience marketing in the financial services industry
• Proven ability to create sound marketing strategies resulting in sales growth
• Demonstrated knowledge of annuity and life insurance products
• Experience with and knowledge of varied marketing approaches and mediums
• Understanding of best practices of marketing analytics and measurement
