Job Summary

A marketing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Marketing Talent Acquisition Specialist in San Diego.

Must be able to:

• Co-develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy in partnership with the TA Director
• Partner with other leadership to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profile
• Source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, education, business, and/or a closed related business
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in high volume talent acquisition sourcing or recruiting role within HR
• Experience agency experience sourcing marketing, creative, or technology talents
• Has knowledge and know-how of how to use various sourcing and hiring tools
• Demonstrate a love for candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques
• Possess enthusiasm for headhunting and finding the needle in a haystack
