Job Summary

A health and dental insurance provider is in need of a Remote Maternity High Risk Antenatal Registered Nurse Case Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting an evaluation of member's needs and benefit plan eligibility
• Applying clinical judgment to the incorporation of strategies designed to reduce risk factors
• Addressing complex health and social indicators which impact care planning

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years clinical practice experience
• 3+ years recent Antenatal, high risk, maternity experience (antepartum)
• Must have broadband internet
• RN with current unrestricted compact state licensure
