A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Media and Entertainment Recruiter in San Bruno.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
• Partnering with company leaders to forecast and develop plans
• Managing full cycle recruiting process

Position Requirements Include:

• 5+ years of Staffing/Recruitment experience
• Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes
• Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
• Strong vendor manager skills
