Job Summary
A media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Media Customer Success Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the onboarding of new customers
- Analyze and interpret customer campaign reports/dashboards
- Enter campaign details into production tracking software
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in some combination of the following: digital marketing campaign management, media planning, campaign optimization
- Or digital marketing analytics, account management, customer support
- Base knowledge of CRM/Help Desk platforms
- Detailed oriented with ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt, multi-task and respond quickly to changing technology and deadlines
