Job Summary
A media, data, and marketing services company has an open position for a Remote Media Data and Marketing Engagement Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Tracking and monitoring member engagement levels to identify possible weak spots and opportunities to create innovative solutions
- Collecting and analyzing member feedback that relates to engagement, and satisfaction of outcomes
- Delivering superior service to clients or customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent industry experience will be considered for qualified candidates
- 3 - 5 years experience in client/customer engagement and relationship management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Teams and Zoom
- Familiarity of learning and development programs and services for corporate clients
- Functional familiarity with IT technology and business terminology and practices
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
