Job Summary

A healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote Medicaid Eligibility Client Support Manager in St Louis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Planning and implementing new and current customer initiatives
• Establishing department policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective ongoing client services
• Coordinating scheduled communication with client contacts, maintaining and reviewing the Electronic Client Folder

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field or equivalent work
• A minimum of five years’ experience working in Healthcare
• At least 3 years working with developing and maintaining database software
• At least 2 years in a lead or senior-level capacity
