A health insurance company. needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medicaid Utilization Management Coordinator 4.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards
- Following standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity
- Providing non-clinical support for the policies and procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with claims processing
- 1 or more years administrative or technical support experience
- 1 - 2 years previous customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data entry skills
