Job Summary
A medical alert systems solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Alert Customer Care Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Guiding callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site
- Answering incoming telephone calls from customers and/or caregivers needing assistance
- Performing account updates as needed and thoroughly document conversations to keep customer records complete
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma required
- Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task
- Effective active listening skills with ability to probe to ensure appropriate resolution
- Professional, enthusiastic and kind with a passion for serving
- Strong communication, organization and time-management skills
