Job Summary

A medical alert systems solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Alert Customer Care Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Guiding callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site
  • Answering incoming telephone calls from customers and/or caregivers needing assistance
  • Performing account updates as needed and thoroughly document conversations to keep customer records complete

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma required
  • Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task
  • Effective active listening skills with ability to probe to ensure appropriate resolution
  • Professional, enthusiastic and kind with a passion for serving
  • Strong communication, organization and time-management skills
