Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment firm that provides workforce solutions and integrated services is in need of a Remote Medical Benefits Call Center Representative in Fort Worth.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing inbound and outbound calls for medical benefits verificaiton
  • Working with different programs and screens with the customer on the line

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Have previous experience working as a Customer Service associate, CSR - Customer Care representative, Call Center representative, etc in a call center environment (inbound, outbound)
  • Have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Be computer literate and able to work with different programs and screens with the customer on the line
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel in particular)
  • Be able to work in high pressure environment (call center)
  • Have a dedicated/closed workspace (any room that can be closed by a door, office, bedroom, etc.)
