Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide stellar customer service to claimants, providers, and clients with problems or questions
- Maintain accurate customer service logs
- Process incoming client correspondence

- Proven reliability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient typing skills with minimal error count
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
