Job Summary

A major healthcare company is seeking a Remote Medical Billing Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering a high volume of calls from patients regarding patient bill balances and payment plans
  • Processing adjustments, refunds, transfer bills, mail returns and perform manual sales
  • Evaluating and responding to all aspects of written billing inquiries

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must reside within Central time zone
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a high production call center environment
  • Medical Billing experience
  • Demonstrated ability in using a computer and Windows PC applications
  • All new hires will be required to successfully complete the Customer Service training classes
