Job Summary
A major healthcare company is seeking a Remote Medical Billing Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering a high volume of calls from patients regarding patient bill balances and payment plans
- Processing adjustments, refunds, transfer bills, mail returns and perform manual sales
- Evaluating and responding to all aspects of written billing inquiries
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must reside within Central time zone
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a high production call center environment
- Medical Billing experience
- Demonstrated ability in using a computer and Windows PC applications
- All new hires will be required to successfully complete the Customer Service training classes
