Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Coder in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coding and abstracting diagnosis and procedure codes
  • Researching and resolving coding projects
  • Analyzing medical record charts for appropriate coding compliance

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday and be flexible (weekend coverage may be required)
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Coding Certification to include one of the following: CPC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT
