Job Summary

An independent medical oncology and hematology practice is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Coding Manager in Fort Myers.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading a team of specialty coders
• Identifying ICD-10 codes in the patient’s record with appropriate documentation to ensure accurate coding is reflected on the claim
• Supporting building outstanding processes and collaborating with partners across several departments

Qualifications Include:

• A minimum of 5 years of directly related experience, including 3yrs of supervisory experience, and associate’s degree or higher
• Must have great attention to detail
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work in stressful situations with little supervision
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to prioritize, consistently deliver a high degree of quality while managing multiple demands
