Job Summary

A technology-enabled coding services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Coding QA Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing high quality coding accuracy reviews for Cardiology services
• Reviewing CPT, Modifiers and ICD 10 coding
• Maintaining production standards as well as achieve and maintain a 95% accuracy (or better)

Position Requirements Include:

• Coding certifications (AAPC or AHIMA), (CPC, CCS-P, RHIA, RHIT)
• Minimum 2-3 years recent Cardiovascular coding experience
• EPIC experience
• Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing and payment methodologies
• Strong computer skills including MS Office (e.g., Excel and Word)
