Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Medical Coding Quality Analyst Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist department personnel by providing training, answering questions and making recommendations
• Verify, approve and submit employee time records and expense/reimbursement approvals
• Ensure that employees are adhering to company and department policies and procedures

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of and skill in using personal computers in a Windows environment
• Ability to assign ICD and CPT as needed and maintain 95% or greater accuracy rate
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Windows with emphasis on Excel
• High school diploma
• Coding/medical records experience and leadership/supervision and/or projects experience  
• RHIT, RHIA, CCS-P, CPC or other job-related certification
