Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Coding Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing and analyzing clinical records
• Reviewing and resolving professional fee claim edits/denials
• Completing assigned work functions utilizing appropriate resources

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Maintain current working knowledge of ICD-10 and/or CPT/HCPCS and coding guidelines
• Participate in continuing education activities
• Maintain strict patient and provider confidentiality in compliance with all HIPPA Guidelines
