A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Coding Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring and maintaining claim edit work queues
- Training and supporting coding staff on proper process to resolve claim edits
- Assisting in resolution of problem issues within charge review work queues
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years of medical claim resolution experience
- Ability to assist coding manager with quality control and productivity
- Ability to assist with prioritization and resolution of issues
- Ability to provide education to eliminate future recurrence of issues
- Ability to assist with scheduling, payroll, work queue assignment, and physician education
