A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Medical Coding Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supervising a team of production coders
- Reviewing production coders' work for quality
- Providing clear, concise, and compliant written feedback to coders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be certified through AAPC and/or AHIMA
- Minimum certification of CPC, COC, CCS, or RHIT
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of surgical coding experience
- Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Excellent communication skills
