A healthcare business and operations provider is seeking a Remote Medical Collections Specialist in Portland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
- Identifying problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
- Achieve passing quality review scores per unit requirements
