Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Medical Customer Service Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls from customers and identifying the type of assistance the customer needs
  • Asking appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues
  • Owning problem through to resolution on behalf of the customer

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • 2+ years of medical claims processing experience
  • 2+ years of external / internal customer service experience within the healthcare industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 6:00pm EST
