Job Summary
A medical device company has an open position for a Remote Medical Device Partnership Enablement Associate Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating training programs for cross-functional study teams and governance members
- Interacting and directly training cross-functional study teams
- Developing training platforms and conduct trainings for internal cross-functional trial teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10% travel
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience in Clinical Operations
- Strong Project Management, Training/Mentoring skills, and strong analytical skills
- A consistent track record of working across functions within a global environment
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring team members
- Strong computer skills with an ability to understand, access and use various forms of technology
