Job Summary
A company that manufactures medical devices is seeking a Remote Medical Devices Commercial Sales Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Develop and implement the Product Category (PC) Sales strategy
- Drive and win opportunities to grow customers
- Develops, recruits and retains talent within the Commercial team
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel 50%
- Must have depth of functional experience in commercial leadership within large organizations ($300+M)
- Understanding of how to lead and grow a business when selling into a small end market of OEMs
- Exposure to complex products
- Demonstrated success in building, developing and motivating high performing teams
