Job Summary
A telemedicine service specializing in women’s reproductive health has an open position for a Remote Medical Licensing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Complete license applications for all areas of medical licensing Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses and Collaborating Physicians
- Ensure all required expirable documents including CME, license renewals and certifications are kept active and up to date
- Build and maintain relationships with State Board of Nursing and/or State Medical Boards
Position Requirements Include:
- Medical licensing experience; with direct experience of submitting licensing application to appropriate state boards
- Motivated to work in a fast paced startup environment
- Adaptable and flexible to learning new skills and new technologies
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and medical providers
- Detail oriented, organized, self motivated and proactive
- Ownership of processes and projects
