Job Summary
A medical device distribution company is filling a position for a Remote Medical Products Customer Service Representative II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Placing phone and mail orders
- Responding to routine and some non-routine, more complex customer service inquiries
- Resolving shipment and delivery issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 1 year Customer Service or related role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong technical/computer skills - able to learn new system and provide basic web support
