A medical device distribution company is filling a position for a Remote Medical Products Customer Service Representative II.

  • Responding to routine and some non-routine, more complex customer service inquiries
  • Resolving shipment and delivery issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 1 year Customer Service or related role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
