Job Summary

A physician-led healthcare staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Provider Travel Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Contacting medical provider by phone or e-mail to obtain travel preference
  • Making appropriate travel reservations
  • Checking itineraries for lowest possible ticket cost and issue airline tickets

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School education or equivalent (GED) required; some college desired
  • Two or more years of experience as a travel agent with experience in travel reservation system software
  • Or one year or more experience in Apollo travel software
  • Must possess good typing and data entry skills
  • Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
