Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company has an open position for a Remote Medical Records Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Download medical records, appeals and signoffs from fax inboxes, portals, secure emails, copy services and FTPs
Understand the lifecycle of a claim as it moves through the business
Meet established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High School Diploma / GED
Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
Ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
Ability to work with others as part of a team
Ability to understand the lifecycle of a claim as it moves through the business
Ability to prioritize and organize own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
