Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Scheduler.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Answering telephones in a timely and professional manner
• Participating in a variety of unit and hospital education programs to maintain current skills and competency levels
• Scheduling patient examinations for all modalities

Qualifications Include:

• Able to schedule Operating Room, Cath Lab, Radiology, Neurodiagnostics, Endoscopy, or Bronchoscopy procedures
• Able to utilize appropriate IS systems according to procedure type
• Able to utilize knowledge of physician procedures, privileges, and block time when appropriate
