Job Summary
A technology solution provider is filling a position for a Remote Medical Software Sales Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working across areas of the business including Sales/Leadership, Finance, Legal and Professional Services that influence or affect Sales production
- Being responsible for de-risking the quote execution process through rigorous documentation of resolution and managing quote exceptions
- Ensuring the Sales Team is supported with materials, resources, and updates to changes in process related to the Quote to Close technologies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field plus 1 year of technical, analytical, financial or similar related experience preferred
- Experience and/or strong aptitude with Financial and BI systems
- Detail-oriented with experience in solution design, solution quoting and sales order processes
- Ability to work autonomously, results-oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to create presentations/messaging to convey research and analytical results to management
- Hands-on experience with Excel and Smart Sheets with strong analytical skills
