Job Summary
A nonprofit healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medicare Clinical Programs Operations Reporting and Performance Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Ensure the appropriate identification of root causes through effective use of data analysis tools
- Develop and document methodologies and approaches to new tasks and projects
- Provide support to any or all departments of the Government Programs organization
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to speak professionally before groups
- Knowledge of health plan operations, data sources, data structures
- Three years of experience in report preparation, project documentation or policy and procedure writing
- Knowledge of data mining tools and methods
- Bachelor's Degree, or related field or 4 years related work experience or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams
