Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Medicare Cost Report Auditor III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with provider representatives to resolve appeal cases, including writing position papers and auditing documentation
- Providing training to and assists or leads other auditors in completing their assignments
- Striving to expand knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, program instructions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree - Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other job related field of study
- Five years of Medicare cost report auditing experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form
- Ability to handle sensitive matters on a confidential basis
- Excellent analytical or critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
