Job Summary

An insurance agency has an open position for a Remote Medicare Grievances and Appeals Coordinator.

Must be able to:

• Act as a mediator between members and providers to provide satisfactory resolutions to complaints about services or treatment
• Independently review the members' case file to determine if representative/appellant is authorized party and if complaint is valid

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• our years of experience in customer service in healthcare setting
• Comfortable with coordinating among health plan, member and provider
