Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Member Care Representative III.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering moderately complex to most complex inbound phone calls from internal and external customers
  • Completing and processing all necessary forms
  • Participating in technical and customer service skills training to stay aware of current and best practices

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school studies
  • 8 months of moderate training and experience
  • Knowledge of general business practices and terminology
  • Analytical skills to analyze billing information
  • Comprehensive understanding regarding moderate call functions
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical insurance and billing information
