An insurance company is in need of a Remote Member Care Representative III.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering moderately complex to most complex inbound phone calls from internal and external customers
- Completing and processing all necessary forms
- Participating in technical and customer service skills training to stay aware of current and best practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school studies
- 8 months of moderate training and experience
- Knowledge of general business practices and terminology
- Analytical skills to analyze billing information
- Comprehensive understanding regarding moderate call functions
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical insurance and billing information
