Job Summary
A major healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Member Outbound and Response Team Customer Care Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage every call by accurately resolving the issue, demonstrating compassion, meeting compliance requirements
- Provide a distinctive, simplified service experience aimed at giving members peace of mind
- Demonstrate operational excellence by increasing ready time so the dialer may perform optimally
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
- Sales or account management experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Health Care/Insurance environment
