Job Summary

A software provider is in need of a Remote Member Success Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing methods to record, assess, and analyze customer feedback
  • Establishing performance metrics for customer service representatives
  • Drafting, implementing, and executing policies and procedures to create a top-notch customer service experience for members

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
