Job Summary

An insurance marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Membership Operations Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Shape the company's roadmap for new member support services
  • Own end-to-end research and implementation of new support areas
  • Review and improve outbound calls performed by our Navigator team

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Excitement about innovating in the Medicare market with operational excellence
  • Strong writing, communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency with data analytics
  • Ability to crisply articulate problems and creatively solve them
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce and email-marketing tools a plus
  • Service-minded orientation with empathy for our many different users
